Ryan is originally from Missoula Montana. In his senior year in high school; Ryan was the captain of his basketball team and led the team to a 3rd place finish at the state basketball championship and was awarded MVP of the team and selected to the 1st-Team All-State team. He graduated high school in 1994 and immediately wanted to serve his country so he joined the US Marines. He was sent to boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot in San Diego, CA. After boot camp he was stationed at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA from1994-2004.

Ryan advanced through the ranks in the Marines very quickly and received several meritorious promotions making the rank of Staff Sergeant in just over 6 years and in the promotion zone for Gunnery Sergeant at his 10 year mark. Ryan was stationed in Okinawa Japan for 3 years from 1999-2002 and then deployed to Kuwait for Operation Iraqi Freedom at the end of 2002. Ryan suffered a career ending injury and was medically discharged from the Marines in 2004. He then relocated to the Temecula Valley with his family.

Ryan has been in the field of Occupational Safety and Health / Environmental / Risk Management / since 1994 while in the Marines. He's also been heavily involved in many aspects of real estate since 1995. Ryan got his real estate license in 2005 after exiting the service.

Ryan is the Founder, CEO & Broker / Owner of Living Nicely Real Estate, Inc. and also the Founder and President of LNREI ; a Montana real estate investment company. Ryan proudly continues to serve our country at the U.S. Dept. Of Homeland Security as a risk analyst specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Management.

Interests and Hobbies: Ryan is a devout Christian and regularly attends church at Rancho Community Church and volunteers at the local food bank (Community Mission of Hope) helping feed people in need.

Ryan considers himself extremely Blessed to have an amazing wife (Valen) of 21 years, 4 amazing kids; 27 (Noah- Model / Med school), 24 Kenneth; (investment trader; travels the world living his best life), Rylen 18 (graduating HS soon, plans to go to college next year and loves Volleyball & modelling professionally), Kaydence 12 (loves volleyball and all her pets / loves all animals in general, playing with her friends).

After God and Family, Ryan's main passion in life is real estate. He feels like this is what he was put on this planet to do with helping his clients achieve a little piece of the "American Dream" of home ownership. Ryan enjoys negotiating a great deal for his clients and the art of entrepreneurship w/ creating profitable businesses. He also is a life-long learner achieving several degrees, he is constantly learning new subjects and adding to his skillsets. He enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places, taking calculated risks; modifying and driving sports cars on a race track, and shooting firearms. He loves using his diesel truck to pull a large 5th wheel RV to take the family camping on the weekends and summer break. He also enjoys working on the family's ranch in Temecula Wine Country.

Being a disabled veteran Ryan gives back to charities that support wounded veterans like Folds of Honor and he focuses on his own health and fitness with consistent physical fitness through swimming, cardio & weight training. Exercising is a part of his daily life and helps him stay strong have unlimited energy and stay mentally focused. Ryan also enjoys doing any and all water sports and activities; especially boating, floating rivers in Montana, swimming etc.
