Very Enthusiastic and Highly Attentive! Ryan responded quickly and even did this on a Sunday. WOW! This was our first-time meeting. I was terribly impressed with his clear communications, making our conversation simple to understand for me and my wife. My time was not wasted and his no nonsense, cut to the chase methods were extremely appreciated. This was important to me as I was reaching out for information to assist my family. There arent enough great things I can say about Ryan. First, he a USMC veteran, and as a fellow veteran he went above and light years beyond. We were stuck in a contract with a do-nothing realtor who had our house on the market for six months and only had 5 showings. Not to dwell on the negative, we signed with Ryan the day after the contract ended (a Thursday). Ryan quickly put together an open house for the following Saturday (2 days). I still remember Ryan leaving on Thursday and telling us "don't worry, I'm going to sell your house this weekend." Fast forward to Saturday about two hours into the open house I get a call from Ryan presenting multiple offers. We were in contract that afternoon. The kicker - we accepted an offer $10k over what the previous do-nothing realtor had listed the house for! This review is long overdue, but RYAN helped my wife and I find our dream home. When we were referred to Ryan we called him and he was very nice and wanted to know about us and what our expectations were for our home. At first we were just looking not planning to purchase anytime soon. We had favored some homes but had no serious thought to purchase. Finally, a open house was coming up and my wife wanted to go see it so we let Ryan know and right away Ryan said he would be there. His responsiveness was truly appreciated and that’s when we knew we had found our agent. After that home Ryan shares his thoughts with us and to our surprise he said what we were thinking! We had previously purchased a home and when we first met Ryan, he explained that his job was more of providing a service than sales. He is a very knowledgeable agent not only with local market but also in terms of the condition of a house. He has over 25 years of experience that he brings to the table. Every time we viewed a new property Ryan would provide us with a very good detail description of each room and give us ideas on how to upgrade in the future.
